Ellis Creek Farm Meat

Ellis Creek Farm Meat is from animals that have been raised on spray-free pasture. The animals killed in our on-farm abattoir. The carcasses are hung for a week before butchering. Cuts are vacuum packed ready to maintain freshness. We label packs with a “best-before” date which is a conservative guide if the pack is kept sealed and refrigerated. If any packs remain unsold we freeze them before the best-before date, after which they can be kept frozen – for best flavour they should be eaten within 6 months.
