Gourmet pork chorizo sausages handcrafted by our artisan butcher.
Pigs have been raised on our farm, free range feeding on pasture, roots, grubs, farm milk and apples. Also some supplementary fermented grain (not organic, or spray free).

Rice flour, salt, tapioca starch, flavour enhancer 621, dehydrated garlic, mineral salt 451, dehydrated onion, acidity regulator,170, sugar, spices, spice extract, preservative 223 sulphites, antioxidant 316, mustard flour, ginger, herbs, smoke flavour.
