Also known as the spider steak, the oyster steak consists of a cool little semi-circle woven with a web of intramuscular fat. There are only two of these babies per beast. It's small but flavourful thanks to it's natural marbling. Very easy to prepare with a quick pan sear.
The Pan fry Steak doesn't make the grade of a premium steak but is a great value frying steak that usually includes part of the ribeye or similar. It can be cooked quickly while staying tender, and is great for a hearty sandwich. Also may be labelled as Minute Steak.
