Description
We have a limited number of boxes of half of a mutton, cut and packed into the following cuts:
- rack
- boneless rolled roast
- leg roast
- shanks
- butterflied leg
- shoulder chops
- loin chops
We bought these as lambs from a local farmer last Autumn and they have been growing on our spray free pastures since then. It is likely they will be reasonably fatty.
