Our beef animals are grass fed on spray free pasture. When they are in optimum condition they are killed in our on-farm abattoir, removing the stress of long-distance travel which can impact on the quality of the meat. The meat is then hung for 1-2 weeks for aging and then butchered carefully to provide this premium selection of cuts. Enjoy!
Cuts are vacuum packed and sealed for longer keeping. Chilled packs not sold within a week are frozen – this is indicated in the listings below.
Pack sizes rounded to 100g (or 50g below 300g).
Note that we have limited stock of certain cuts (only so many fillets in each animal!). We send out an email each week when the webshop is updated with fresh stock – please subscribe below if you haven’t already!
