We sometimes have meat from animals that were raised on other farms, so to clearly identify that we label those packs as “Ellis Creek Finished”. This meat is from animals that have only spent a month or so on our farm, grazing with our finishing mob to settle them before finally reaching our farm abattoir.
We cannot always guarantee that these animals have been totally raised on spray-free pasture and feed.
